Return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as straightforward and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Any item that has not been returned, or is incomplete, damaged, dirty or in any other condition that suggests it has been used or worn will not be refunded or exchanged. This includes also removement of strip of our abaya products.
Conditions for Returns
Please note, we are only able to accept returns that meet all of the following conditions:
- Original Tags Attached: The hangtag must still be attached. Including return strip.
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in original, unworn condition. Free from any signs of wear, washing, or use.
- Unaltered: Items must not have been customized or altered in any way.
- Within Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- No Odors: Items must not carry strong scents such as perfume, smoke, food or body odor.
- Complete Return: Items must be returned with all original packaging, labels, accessories, and gifts (if applicable).
- Exclusions: Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.
- No Excessive Wear: We do not accept items that show signs of excessive wear or damage.
Note Always inspect your items before removing the hangtag. Once removed, we cannot accept returns or process claims.
How it works
1. Returnportal: Submit a request through our return portal on hayaah.returnless.com
2. Return reason: Tell us what is wrong with the product so we can optimize our products
3. Return Acceptance: Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
*Package returned directly to Tijnmuiden 23 will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds take up between 5 to 14 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of return approval, please contact us at info@hayaah-shop.nl
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reach out to us immediately to info@hayaah-shop.nl. We are happy to help.

Need a different size or item? We recommend returning your current item and placing a new order once your return is approved.
